How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Officerssuck Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Officerssuck Plumbing
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a plumber we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the plumber. Keep a written record.
Still, tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Know this, though: Officerssuck Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@officerssuck.living. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you would like us to do
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with plumbing work, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
